These terms govern the use of tucoapps.com, the website operated by TUCOAPPS YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“TUCO”, “the Company”, “we”). By using the site you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Company Details

TUCO is a software studio established in Türkiye that builds mobile applications and delivers end-to-end software solutions, including web, SaaS and automation.

2. Scope of the Site

This site is informational. No products or services are sold through it, no payments are taken and no user accounts are created. The content on the site does not constitute an offer; a legal relationship between the parties arises only through a separate written agreement.

3. Use of the Site

When using the site, you agree not to:

• use it in a way that breaches applicable law or the rights of third parties
• attempt anything that would harm the operation of the site, its servers or network infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorised access
• send requests through automated tools at a volume that disrupts the normal operation of the site
• reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit the site's content without the Company's written permission
• use the contact channels to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam), malware or unlawful content

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the site — including texts, images, the TUCO name and gate mark, other trademarks, logos, design and software elements — belongs to the Company or its licensors and is protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation. These terms grant you no right of use other than viewing the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Accuracy of Information and Limitation of Liability

Information on the site is provided in good faith and with reasonable effort to keep it current; however, the Company does not warrant that the content is at all times complete, up to date and free of error. The site is provided “as is”.

The Company does not guarantee that the site will operate without interruption or error, or that its servers are free of malicious software. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. This limitation does not cover liability arising from the Company's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Third-Party Links

The site may contain links to third-party platforms such as the App Store. The content, privacy practices and terms of use of those platforms are the responsibility of their own operators; the Company has no control over such content and cannot be held liable for it.

7. Contact Form

The contact form on the site is provided solely so that you can get in touch with the Company. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through it. We recommend that you do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form. How personal data contained in your messages is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Ideas, suggestions or feedback you send to the Company on your own initiative are not treated as confidential information; the Company may evaluate them without incurring any obligation.

8. Mobile Applications

Use of the mobile applications published by TUCO is subject to each application's own terms of use and privacy policy; these terms do not apply to the applications. Application purchases, subscriptions and refunds are handled under Apple Inc.'s App Store rules.

9. Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. The current version is always published on this page and the “last updated” date above is revised accordingly. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the current terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Execution Offices of Adana shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from the use of the site. The rights of users qualifying as consumers under the applicable consumer legislation are reserved.
